The cap can be placed in the microwave for about 20 seconds for a heated experience, or it can be used right out of the package cold. All you need to do is cover the head with the cap and be sure to include all hair within the cap. Massage the hair through the shampoo cap for 1-2 minutes or until the hair feels fully saturated. Remove the cap and towel dry.
